  • Q: How fast can you print my order?
    We offer two speeds:

    • Rush Printing – perfect for last-minute events, with dispatch as fast as 1–3 business days on select items.

    • Standard Printing – our most cost-effective option, usually 7–14 business days.

    Q: Can I split my order into rush and standard items?
    Yes — just place them as two separate orders so we can prioritise the rush job.

  • Q: Do you have a minimum order?
    Nope! We can print as little as 1 shirt, hoodie, or tote.
    (Bulk orders = bigger savings.)

    Q: What printing methods do you use?
    We offer screen printing, direct-to-film (DTF), and embroidery. We’ll recommend the best method based on your design, quantity, and budget.

    Q: Can you match my brand colours?
    Yes — we can colour match using Pantone references for screen printing.

  • Q: Can I design my own shirt online?
    Yes — use our online design tool to upload your artwork or create from scratch.

    Q: What file types do you accept?
    Preferred: .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG (300dpi)
    We can also work with JPEGs, but for best results use high-res files.

    Q: Will I see a proof before you print?
    Absolutely — we’ll send a digital proof for your approval before production starts.

  • Q: Do you offer Australia-wide shipping?
    Yes — we ship anywhere in Australia with tracking.

    Q: Can I pick up my order?
    Yes — local pickup is available from Taren Point.

    Q: What shipping options do you offer?

    • Same Day (Sydney Metro)

    • Express (1-2 days)

    • Standard (3–7 business days)

  • Q: How can I pay?
    We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

    Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
    If we’ve made an error, we’ll replace or refund promptly.
